Designed for global payments — with regulatory alignment, operational controls, and risk management at every layer.

§ 06a · Preamble

06 CLAUSES

  1. C-01

    Client Eligibility

Bitvast only engages with clients who meet applicable laws and regulations, hold legitimate business standing, and can provide required documentation. Depending on client category, region and use case, we may request additional identity, source-of-funds, business background and beneficial ownership information.

  2. C-02

    KYC / KYB

Bitvast conducts the necessary documentation review for both individual and corporate clients based on the cooperation scenario. Review may include:

    • Identity document or passport
    • Proof of address
    • Contact information
    • Source-of-funds explanation
    • Company registration documents
    • Director and authorised representative details
    • Beneficial ownership information
    • Nature of business and transaction background
  3. C-03

    Sanctions & Restricted Jurisdictions

Bitvast does not provide services to sanctioned parties, restricted-jurisdiction entities, or clients exhibiting clear high-risk characteristics. Where a client is located in a restricted jurisdiction, or where transaction background, source of funds or intended use raises material concerns, Bitvast reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate service.

  4. C-04

    Transaction Review

Before quoting or arranging settlement, Bitvast may review transaction size, currencies, delivery method, source of funds, wallet addresses, counterparty information and other relevant factors. Where anomalies, compliance concerns, incomplete documentation or inconsistent information arise, Bitvast may request additional information, defer processing, or terminate the arrangement.

  5. C-05

    Settlement Controls

Bitvast arranges fiat and digital asset delivery paths according to the specific scenario. Before settlement, the client should confirm:

    • Direction of conversion
    • Expected amount
    • Currencies
    • Settlement path
    • Delivery time window
    • Receiving account or wallet address details
  6. C-06

    Ongoing Monitoring

Bitvast reserves the right to continuously assess client risk during the course of cooperation, including but not limited to:

    • Changes in transaction behaviour patterns
    • Unusual or high-risk fund flows
    • Changes in laws and regulations
    • Changes in client identity or beneficial ownership structure

§ 06b · Our Approach

Risk controls built in, not bolted on.

Compliance and risk controls are embedded into the platform — applied continuously across onboarding, payment review, and settlement, not as one-off checks.

Clients receive clear documentation and audit trails for every transaction, supporting their own internal compliance and reporting requirements.

§ 06c · Official Channels & Anti-Fraud

Reach the team only through official channels.

Please contact Bitvast only through our official channels, and confirm you are speaking with the official team before submitting any documents or proceeding with any arrangement.

  1. AF-01

    Official Contact Principle

All official Bitvast communications follow the channels published on our website. If anything is unclear, verify first through the contact details listed on the official site.

  2. AF-02

    Anti-Fraud Reminder

Bitvast does not solicit funds through unofficial accounts and never asks clients to send payments to personal-name accounts. Treat any unfamiliar account, off-channel transfer instruction, or unusually urgent request with care — verify before acting.

  3. AF-03

    Self-Protection Guidance

Confirm domain names, email suffixes and account handles before communicating; do not act on urgent transfer demands without verification; do not share sensitive documents over unverified channels; double-check every payment instruction.

Bitvast provides service support and arrangements relating to fiat and digital asset conversion, and is not a banking service. Unless provided through expressly identified regulated partners, Bitvast itself does not provide bank accounts, deposits, stored-value or other banking services.
